I've always had a thing for the Illuminati idea, and have definitely have been a rationalist since birth. Though most believe that the secret society doesn't exist anymore, it is still rather interesting that they have such influence without even having to reveal themselves.

And if you're interested it would seem that in the past few years a few cults/societies have popped up claiming ties to the Illuminati, but a few like the Skull and Bones society are just Neo-Nazis that want anarchy and have nothing to do with the true ideals of the original Illuminati. Though i would like to get into such a prestigious group, I think it would be pretty much impossible.
